Shipping Policy

Order processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details where available.

Shipping destinations

  • We currently ship to Australia and selected international countries (where shown at checkout).

  • If your location isn’t available at checkout, email us at Info@projectpyrite.com and we’ll see what we can do.

Shipping methods & timeframes

Estimated delivery times (after dispatch):

  • Standard Australian shipping: usually 5–15 business days, depending on your location and our fulfilment partner’s warehouse.

  • International shipping (where available): usually 7–21 business days.

These are estimates only. Delays due to customs, carrier issues, or peak periods are outside our control, but we’ll always do our best to help you track orders if something is late.

Shipping fees

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight/size.

  • From time to time we may offer free shipping thresholds or promotions, which will be clearly displayed on site or in our marketing.

Tracking your order

Most orders ship with tracking. You’ll receive a tracking link via email once your order has been dispatched. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive the link.

Wrong address or delivery issues

  • Please double‑check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

  • If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, we can re‑ship it once you cover the additional shipping cost.

Lost or damaged in transit

If your order appears lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us at Info@projectpyrite.com with your order number and photos (for damage). We’ll work with you and the carrier to resolve it in line with Australian Consumer Law.
