Returns & Refunds – Project Pyrite
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law (ACL). If a product is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund in line with ACL consumer guarantees.

1. Change‑of‑mind returns (store credit only)
We offer change‑of‑mind returns for store credit only within 30 days of delivery, provided that the item is:

Unused and unworn

Unwashed, with all original tags, packaging, and accessories

Not listed under “Non‑returnable items” below
Store credit will be issued after we receive and inspect your return. Credit can be used on any future Project Pyrite purchase.

For change‑of‑mind returns, you are responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping costs (if any) are non‑refundable.
2. Non‑returnable items (hygiene & wear)
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept change‑of‑mind returns or exchanges on the following, unless they are faulty:

Any item that has been worn, used, washed, or shows signs of wear (including deodorant/sweat marks, odour, pet hair)

Underwear or base layers if you ever add them

Boxing / MMA / gym hand wraps, wrist wraps, lifting straps, belts, and similar wearable supports once tried on or used

Nasal strips, health‑care items, or products that come into direct contact with the face, nose, or mouth once opened

Eye masks and travel pillows that have been opened or used
-
Any item marked “Final sale” or “Non‑returnable” on the product page
ACL rights still apply if these items are faulty or not as described.
3. Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or different from what you ordered, email Info@projectpyrite.com within 14 days of delivery with:

Your order number

A description of the issue

Clear photos of the product and packaging
We’ll assess the issue and, where required under ACL, provide a repair, replacement, or refund. In these cases we will cover reasonable return shipping costs or may not require a return, depending on the product and situation.
4. How to request a return

Email Info@projectpyrite.com with the subject line: “Return Request – Order #[your order number]”.

Wait for approval and return instructions (including return address and reference).

Pack the item securely in original packaging where possible.

Send your parcel using a trackable shipping service and keep the receipt until your return is processed.
Returns sent without approval or outside this process may be delayed or rejected.
